Sun Performance - Mirror Relocation Brackets

       
We quickly discovered that you can't simply take the door off the new TJ and go. The mirrors are mounted onto the doors!

Using Sun Performance's (714-588-8567) mirror relocation brackets we're able to relocate the mirrors, and go door-less whenever we want now. It's only a 5 minute job to unbolt the mirrors, and install them in the other brackets.

The brackets come powder coated, and with all the pieces you'll need. They mount using existing bolts, so you won't have to put any holes in your new Jeep.

PS- If you're going to take the doors of your Jeep, you'll need to figure out how to disconnect the interior lights, so they don't stay on. There is a 10A fuse behind the glove box, labled "DOOR SW DEFEAT." Simply pull this fuse, to keep the interior lights from staying on. The lights will still work using the switch, as they normally do. (by twisting the headlight control knob).
